Allow us to give you more insight into what to expect from your first visit.
Book an appointment
You can book an appointment online or contact our practice where one of our friendly receptionists will be able to assist you.
Upon arrival
Our receptionist will ask you to fill out a confidential medical history form.
Your details will then be entered onto our secure software system.
Meeting your dentist
You will then meet your dentist who will enquire about your previous dental/medical history as well as carry out a full dental examination of your teeth and soft tissues.
Previous dental records are not normally transferred, although can be requested if necessary.
We strive to promote continuity so this will be the dentist you’re registered with, unless you require emergency treatment.
Your 1st examination
A full examination of your teeth and soft tissues will be carried out.
X-rays will be taken to allow the dentist to see the surface of your teeth not visible in the mouth.
