When you arrive you will be welcomed by our friendly reception staff who will help you to complete a form outlining your medical and dental history. This information will then be entered into our safe and secure system. Once this has been completed you will be shown to our dentist who will discuss your history and conduct an examination of the soft tissue of your mouth and your teeth. X-rays will also be taken so that our dentist can examine images of your teeth and below your gum line. We prefer to maintain continuity and to achieve this the dentist that you meet on your first appointment will remain your dentist unless you require an emergency appointment.
